Is Fanpass a primary or secondary ticket marketplace?
Fanpass is a global secondary ticket marketplace. We connect buyers with independent sellers who set their own prices. Ticket prices may be above or below the original face value printed on the ticket.
Are my tickets guaranteed to be valid?
Yes. We offer a 100% Buyer Guarantee on all purchases. If a ticket is found to be invalid at the venue and you contact us before the event starts, we will work to provide replacement tickets of comparable value or issue a full refund including all fees.
When will I receive my tickets?
Delivery timing depends on the event, venue, and seller. Many tickets are delivered closer to the event date once the event organiser releases them. You will be notified by email when your tickets are available. If you haven't received them within 48 hours of the event, contact our support team immediately.
How are tickets delivered?
Tickets are delivered using the method specified on the listing, which may include e-tickets (PDF), mobile transfer via the official event app, or physical delivery by courier. The delivery method is displayed on the event listing before purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. Your full payment is required at the time of purchase.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price you see at checkout is the final price you will pay. We believe in transparent pricing with no surprise charges added during the checkout process.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Once an order is confirmed, cancellations are at the discretion of the seller and our marketplace policy. If you need to make changes, please contact our support team with your order reference and we will review your request.
What happens if an event is cancelled?
If an event is cancelled by the organiser and not rescheduled, we will review your order and work with the seller to provide next steps. Refund eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis. If an event is rescheduled, your original tickets typically remain valid for the new date.
Will my tickets be seated together?
Yes. All tickets purchased in a single order are guaranteed to be seated together, provided the listing specifies adjacent seating. This is clearly stated on each ticket listing.
